About Us
Mera Pyara – Virtual Center for Child Safety is a flagship project of the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) and Pakistan’s largest child safety center, operating all over Pakistan. It reunites lost-and-found children, senior citizens, and persons with special needs. Mera Pyara also addresses all child safety issues, including child abuse, sodomy, harassment, and digital exploitation, and is a proud partner of ICMEC, connecting Pakistan to the global child protection network. Operating 24/7, cases can be reported via Punjab toll-free helpline 15, WhatsApp 0309-0000015, the Mera Pyara website, or the PSCA Public Safety App. A unified data center allows public access to missing and recovered individuals, ensuring transparency and faster reunifications. With verified data, facial recognition, sign-language support, and social media outreach, Mera Pyara handles every case with care. Strong collaboration with CPB, Edhi, orphanages, Sindh CPB, CPLC, police, motorway and railway police, PHP, and other welfare organizations makes it the most centralized, effective child safety network in Pakistan.
Vision
The vision of Mera Pyara - Virtual Center for Child Safety is to build a society where no lost child, senior citizen, or person with special needs goes unidentified or forgotten. We envision a Pakistan where AI-technology, humanity, and cooperation work together to protect the most vulnerable and address any child safety concern, like abuse, harassment, exploitation, or digital threats.
